Pixel Boss PTY LTD (trading as SWiiFT Studio) is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information. Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. In addition to names and emails, we now collect:

 

  • Text Transcripts: Records of your interactions with our AI Chatbot.
  • Voice Data: Audio recordings of your voice when using our voice-to-text or voice-synthesis features.
  • Metadata: IP addresses and timestamps associated with your AI interactions.

 

We collect this information to provide the AI service, personalize your experience, and archive interactions for your future reference.

 

2. Sensitive Information

 

Under the Privacy Act, biometric data (including voiceprints) may be considered sensitive information.

 

  • We do not use your voice data to identify you for security purposes unless explicitly stated.
  • Voice recordings are used solely for the primary purpose of AI processing and playback via ElevenLabs.
  • We will only collect sensitive information with your consent or where required by law.

 

3. Third-Party Service Providers (ElevenLabs)

 

To provide high-quality voice interactions, we share specific data with ElevenLabs.

 

  • Your voice recordings and text inputs are transmitted to ElevenLabs for synthesis and processing.
  • We ensure that our third-party providers maintain high standards of data security; however, we encourage you to review ElevenLabs’ own privacy documentation.

 

4. Archiving and Security

 

Your Personal Information, including chat logs and audio files, is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse.

 

  • Retention: Most Personal Information is kept in client files for a minimum of 7 years.
  • Archiving: Chat and voice history are archived to allow you to resume conversations. You may request the deletion of these archives at any time.

 

5. Access and Correction

 

You may access the Personal Information we hold about you (including copies of chat transcripts) to update or correct it. Pixel Boss may charge an administrative fee for providing copies of large data sets, such as audio archives.
